Bistro 101 is inspired by the inviting bistros & wine bars of Europe. Guests dine in the open atrium of the historic Hoff Mall, enjoy the coziness of our fireplace room & sit at the bar for witty conversation with Marko (you know him from Morels).

The menu is inspired by both the Midwest and Mediterranean. Guests dine on fresh fish & seafood, tender Certified Angus Beef steaks, spicy Shrimp Scampi Linguine with Calamari, seasonal vegetarian pasta, a flavorful Greek chicken & so much more. Representing the Midwest, guests rave about the Bistro Burger saying, "The only thing this burger needs…is the bun.” Come try it for yourself, but save room for dessert. All are made in-house & often include Mocha Crème Brûlée & flourless Chocolate Cake.

The modest wine list consists of great wines from California, Oregon, Chile, Argentina, Germany, Australia and more…Or enjoy a micro brew on tap or in bottles. And if you're looking for the best Bloody Mary around, we have it.
